Migration from exchange to zimbra

Hi,

I have doing a testing on migrating accounts from outlook to zimbra.
the issue that I am facing is after the migration.....i cannot see my mails migrated from exchange to zimbra.


please help....

Does anything show in your Wiki :: Logfiles ? How did you perform the migration ?

I have done the migration from exchange to zimbra from ZCM migration tool.
I was able to migrate the email accounts, less than 2 mb and sucessfully see them on zimbra.
I am not able to see emails migrated from outlook to zimbra with 15 mb attachement.
do let me know..if there is any settings required at the exchange/zimbra end.

If you are using the PST import wizard to migrate from Outlook to Zimbra, there is a 10 Meg limit on attachment size. You will need to change the following registry setting to allow larger:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Zimbra\MaxAttachSizeMB (Zimbra versions >= 4.5.6)

Its always a good idea to check the log files which are present at C:\Documents and Settings\<user profile>\Local Settings\Temp\ZC***changeMigrationWizard-<version>\m2l.log . As Protack has mentioned, please check for registry setting and modify it as per your requirement.
