Users migrated ok, but outlook 2007 wont sync

Hi and TIA,

I got the server installed, users are ok, messages delivered, but I cant get outlook 2007 to sync anything but the inbox, anyone else seeing this?

I'm running the OSS version on ubuntu server 8.04.2
zcs-5.0.11_GA_2695.UBUNTU8_64.20081117052616

I think it should work, even without the outlook connector... Can anyone confirm that it does work without the outlook connector?

I've confirmed that outlook connector is only for the paid version but i still like to know how 2007 works with the OSE version... anyone?

Create a new profile, configure a mail account to use IMAP against your OSE server.

I alsoinstalled Zimbra on UBUNTU 8.04 and it works with OUTLOOK 2007.You need to changes some default settings in Admin Console.MTA tab under POP3.

If you want your Outlook 2007 users to have their mails in both Outlook and the OpenSource Edition ZCS server, this is the best way to go.
The contacts and calendar won't sync, just the mails.

If you want "full" sync, either use Network Edition (and "Professionnal" licences) or something else than Outlook 2007 (such as Thunderbird + Lightning + Zindus).
