Outlook 2003 can only see inbox folder content

I've got a server installed and seems to be running ok, but most of my users run outlook 2003, and i need to keep it like that, and while i can get all information to show up on the web client and zimbra desktop, outlook 2003 only shows the inbox folder content.

Can anyone point me to a direction here? Do i need the outlook connector? i'm running the O.S. version and i dont see the connector as a download option.

Outlook is set to use IMAP.
