The relevance is that we use a Zimbra tool to get the Outlook 2007 client to work. Zimbra already supports Windows Mobile. SharePoint is one of the most popular uses of Outlook 2007 today and is highly profiled by Microsoft.

We migrated from the MS platform over to Zimbra because of the good Windows client support and price.

Zimbra has SharePoint functionality in the web GUI, our clients don't want to use anything else than the old fashioned Outlook client. Thats why I would like Zimbra to connect to Outlook 2007 client SharePoint connector.

Is it possible?

Nope sorry Zimbra is a complete collaboration tool in its own right. That side why can you not just configure Outlook to point to your Sharepoint server ? As said that would be a question for a different forum. No reason why you cannot use Outlook and the Zimbra connector for mail, calendar etc and also for Sharepoint.
