Filter Migration using SOAP

I'm using imapsync to migrate e-mail and would like to migrate mail filters using SOAP.

I'm looking for examples using SOAP::Lite's

Code:

SOAP::Data

method to create the structure necessary to call SaveRulesRequest?

Is there any WSDL for SaveRulesRequest?

I'm new to SOAP. Any help would be appreciated.
