PST problems

We recently migrated from outlook to zimbra. The owner is quickly losing patience with zimbra, specifically regarding the "address book". First of all, after I just imported his outlook PST file using the PST import tool, he says that not only are some fields truncated, but also some fields from outlook are not matched correctly in zimbra. In other words, the data isn't going to the right place. Is this a known bug? Is there a workaround? Is the source code for the PST import tool available to the public or paying customers?

He is also very unhappy with the address book interface. Is there any way to search by a specific field, or sort by a specific field? Is there any plans for a table view so you can see more data in a smaller space?
