Migration from mailbox

Hi,

I have an old e-mail server running mailbox like this:

/home/user/mail/

Inside the mail folder i have the files:

mail-trash saved-drafts saved-messages sent-mail

I want to migrate these accounts to my new server running Zimbra Open Source version.

Can anyone help me with an script?

I tried the one from the wiki, but it didn't work...
