Each time I have tried the import I have deleted the account first. I have, however, discovered that the original export from Outlook failed to complete properly because of an attachment issue. I am now exporting the mailbox one folder at a time to try and discoverer in which folder the problem exists and then try to identify the problem message. I can find no log of the export process so this is going to take time.

Zimbra Migration tool saves the imported items information in local machine from which the migration tool is been executed so if you delete the account from ZCS server, it is not going to make difference. Please unselect the 'ignore previously imported item' option for running the migration tool multiple times to migrate items in complete once again.
Zimbra migration tool log files are stored at C:\Documents and Settings\<profile_name>\Local Settings\Temp\ZC***change<version> .

Thanks for the information. Which file on the local system do I need to get rid of to ensure a fresh run of the migration wizard? I am only in the testing stages of the product and constantly re-running and testing procedures. Does the same go for the Exchange Wizard?

Smile Possible solution?

I may have found an answer to my problem. I am in the process of deploying Zimbra to a set of users and re-running the exchange wizard to catch all mail since the trial migration resulted in another user refusing to import (same warnings in the log).

This time I noticed an error in the Application Log on the Exchange server with an event ID of 9646. I looked this up and read the following Microsoft Support article:

Event ID 9646 is logged when you try to send many messages in Exchange Server 2003

I have made the changes as suggested and the Migration Wizard is now running through the (quite large) users mailbox. Previously the wizard finished within a matter of minutes.

I will let you all know if this solves the problem with the other to accounts.

Paul

Sorry for bringing up so old post, but i ran with same problem: migration wizard cant copy mail from exchange with same warnings.
Code:
**Warning**: 6 Table Rows Requested, Got just 0, hr = 0
I checked event log on exchange server and found no events 9646. Anyways, i've done all steps, that were described in KB article from few posts above, but still no luck.
The problem is, that failed mailboxes belongs to top-management of my company, so thats alot of mail (4-10gb per mailbox) with lots of subfolders, so that'll be a real pain to move by hands, one can go crazy from copy-paste work needed.

Is there some other workaround to migrate such bix mailboxes?
