Default iplanet calendar import strangeness

Trying to import some iplanet calendars I ran into a strange problem.

Certain events can be edited once and only once. The second edit results into:

msg: The specified Invite is out of date (has been updated): 168bb692-f411-4f7d-b537-6d09332544a5:56830-58387
code: mail.INVITE_OUT_OF_DATE
method: ModifyAppointmentRequest
detail: soap:Sender
trace: btpool0-163:1229627453554:7b71ce784b6dc407

I've tried running the zmcleaniplanetics tool over the data with the same result. Any idea whats up with this?

I have the same problem here.
Edit once, and it works ok.
Edit 2nd time, and message...
----------------------------------
msg: The specified Invite is out of date (has been updated): eb435f7f-de7f-4336-b1a8-05c67286f83d:8244-34338
code: mail.INVITE_OUT_OF_DATE
method: ModifyAppointmentRequest
detail: soap:Sender
trace: btpool0-1547:1235495346547:a0eb251291f49a85
----------------------------------
Any ideas on how to fix?
