Default migrate zimbra to new OS, 64 bits

current status:
Release 5.0.4_GA_2101.RHEL4_20080321155827 CentOS4 FOSS edition
running on CentOS 4.7 - 32bits

Now, I want to move to the latest version of Zimbra, on CentOS 5.2 - 64bits. I have checked the wiki, and there is a tutorial for network edition only. So, my questions are

1. Do those steps can be applied to FOSS edition?
2. Can I use CentOS 5.2, or will need to keep CentOS 4.7?
3. It seems I will need to install the same version of Zimbra on new server, restore, then upgrade to the latest version, is that correct?

Please advice.
Thank you.

Use this information information to achieve the migration. Make sure you take a backup of before and after the migration.

How about the OS question? Do I need to keep the same OS? Or I can install CentOS 5.2?

Thanks.
