Default ZCS account migration?

Dear all,

we have the old server : ms1.example.com , hosting @example.com domain,
and we'll plan to have the new server : ms.example.com to replace ms1 for
hosting same @example.com domain.

Users are using POP3 , thus there's no mail stored in server.
what we need is just moving user accounts from ms1.example.com to
ms.example.com.

any advice on how can this be done?
is it possible to dump LDAP ldif and import to new server?
(of course, several attributes may need to be changed, e.g.
MailTransport, Mailhost.etc.)

by the way, this is 5.0.9 open source edition.

Thanks.

If this is just a POP3 server, and you don't need to handle other Zimbra features (Calendaring, Address Book, etc.) I would just setup ms.example.com with example.com, create all the same users and import their passwords from ms1.example.com. ldapsearch is my tool of choice, but there may be other options out there.

I have the same problem.
How do I "import the passwords?"

Hi kebold!

The answer to this varies, depending on your environment.

There's a Migration Wiki page that's great for getting started.
