Default Migrating problems from GMail to Zimbra

Hi,

I am new to Zimbra and love it already. I am Migrating from hosting on GMail to an inhouse server. I was told by my ISP that port 25 outgoing was open, but I can't send out messages. My switched users are reporting that mail is bouncing and saying that it said "Connection to remote host timed out". I will post a sample of a dailly mail report, modifiedfor privacy reasons.
