Importing Outlook 2007 Contacts yeilds Blanks

I have a customer who is trying too import Outlook 2007 in Vista via .csv file into Zimbra. I walked her through this and we were greeted with blank contacts in the Zimbra web mail client. The .csv looks good in excel, as in all the information is their.

Will I need to manually edit this csv too fit the Zimbra format, and is their an outline of that format somewhere?

Or is their a better solution?

The layout needs to be in a particular format for import. You don't say which version/release of Zimbra you're using so have a look here: Import and Export of Contacts - Zimbra :: Wiki You might also want to export a contact from your current server and check the layout of that, make sure your import matches one of those formats.
