Default [SOLVED] outlook 2007 to zimbra

I used the zimbra migration tool to move all of the email from outlook 2007 to zimbra. How ever I didn't check all the settings and it seemed that he had already had the option checked to leave all emails on the server. Now I have a lot of duplicate emails is there an easy way to delete the duplicate emails?

Could you not just delete all your emails and import them again ?

The email belongs to the CEO. and it would take all day he has over 21000 emails. So I was just checking to see if there was an easier way to get rid of the duplicates so we wouldn't have to run the program all day again.
