Zimbra 5.0.5 to Zimbra 5.0.10 migration?

I'd like to migrate my Zimbra 5.0.5 server (running on Ubuntu 8.04 x64, which was a hack) to 5.0.10 on Ubuntu 8.04 x86 on a different machine. The domains and accounts would stay the same. is it possible to archive and/or import/export information from one ZCS to be used on another?
