Migration from server to server with different service host name

Hi, I'm moving my Zimbra to a newer faster server. Is there a straightforward procedure for restoring to the new server that will have a different service host name?

mail.mu.university.edu --> mail.nonprofitcorporation.com

Network Edition v5.0.9 64-bit under Red Hat EL 4 64-bit
