ZCSDominoMigrationWizard-5.0.9_GA_2500 Hangs

After successfully provisioning the accounts the wizard hangs with 100% CPU.

There is a thread that reports the same problem but no solution.

The Domino server is 6.5.1 and the Notes client is 6.5.5

What is the version of the last known working migration wizard?
