Default outlook contacts - character problems

hi...
I've strange problem about address book migration from Outlook. I've to import about 7000 items from Outlook contacts to zimbra. when I use PST import wizard some items are missing (about 1000 item from 7000). when I use CSV (windows) file format and import it to zimbra Turkish characters are missing. How can I solve this problem?
thanks...

Default character problems

I've found that after exporting a CSV file, I have to make sure that I use a UTF-8 text encoding to make sure the accented characters get imported into Zimbra properly.

I can do this in TextWrangler on a Mac, but there are probably other options.
