mail and calendar data not showing up after migrating from Exchange server

I used the migration tool to migrate users and it appeared to be successful, however when I log in as the user none of the mail or calendar info show up for the users. Am I doing something wrong?

Would be good to know to help solve:

1) What version of Exchange?
2) What OS & version of Zimbra?
3) Log info? Zimbra provides some very helpful logs of errors & warnings. Anything?
4) What client are you logging in with? Zimbra desktop? Ajax? Outlook? Something else?

Need far more information to even start answering your question.
