Zimbra User Prefrences translation

I'm trying to migrate some e-mail accounts from Open Webmail to Zimbra. Open Webmail uses a vCard file format. I've determined the prefrences that I was to convert over but it's difficult to decipher Zimbra's user prefrence code. I've looked around for some documentation from some type of translation matrix but haven't found anything.

For instance, the basic prefrence of Language, what is the prefrence in Zimbra? Not too intuitave.

Any sugestions or guideance? Thanks.
