Default Server replacement?

We currently are running zimbra 5.0.7 network edition on RHEL4 64-bit. We recently purchased a new server and have Ubuntu 8.0.4 LTS running. This new server would replace the currently running RHEL4 server completely. My question is, is there any way to export all of the settings from the server, LDAP, users, mail, calendars, COS, etc from this server and import them on the new server? Maybe ahead of time and then the new installation of zimbra reads those during installation? Any insight would be most appreciated! Thanks!
