How can I migrate my old mail server to ZImbra mail server?

Last time we got a old server.... The interface we use outlook...

Now can I export all the outlook message to Zimbra server so that when the user use ZCS, they will be able to view back their email...

It would help if you let us know what your old mail server is running ? If it supports IMAP then why don't you use IMAPSync ? Have you read User Migration - Zimbra :: Wiki ?
