Default ics import problem

I am importing .ics files through the import feature of zimbra web client.

I have a translator that is converting a .csv file from Outlook 2003 SP3 to a .ics file.(The pst importer, for whatever reason is not importing calendar events)

When the calendar events are imported into Zimbra via the import feature, all the calendar events are marked as private.

I've gone back and check the .csv file, and the all events for the PRIVATE column are marked as 'false', meaning those events are not PRIVATE.

Might there be a solution to re-categorize these events as PUBLIC in a batch method in Zimbra besides doing so one at a time to each event?
