Question Migrating from 3.1.4 to 5.0.8

Hello!

I've been looking into migrating from our old Zimbra 3.1.4 server to a fresh server setup with Zimbra 5.0.8 on it.

I'm needing to transfer the mail, user accounts, aliases, etc. over from the 3.1.4 install to the 5.0.8 install.

I've been reading through the Wiki and various forum posts, but was curious if those scripts and techniques still applied, as this is a fairly old version of Zimbra I'm trying to migrate from.

After reading this post (http://www.zimbra.com/forums/etc/199...alias-etc.html), I see that it's possible export all the account names and what not to text files, but is there an easy way to import those back in?

Any comments, tips, suggestions are appreciated! Thanks in advance!

If you're moving to a completely new server you might want to review this document: User Migration - Zimbra :: Wiki
