I'm having some major problems with my email server. We had to change our company's IP addresses and after this IP address migration we cannot recieve any message. the MX record is being well seen on the Internet, the corresponding entries in our DNS were properly made, as well as the necessarily ones on the Zimbra host.
THe ports at firewall are well opened.
Any suggestions? Let me know which log entries you need...

Have you tried any off-network port 25 telnet tests? Also, when people send to addresses in the domain your server is answering for do they receive bounces or do the messages seem to go into nowhere?
