Default Exchange Migration : Appointments

Hi
I'm getting a freaky error with Exchange migration utillity,
"Could not retrieve base folder URL of Exchange Server. Appointments will not be imported. Either check Permissions or check Microsoft KB article 899351"

I have check the KB Article, done what it said with no luck.

Next is Persmissions ? what should the Permissions be ?
