Default Debian 4 w/Exim & Couier IMAP --> Ubuntu 8.04 & Zimbra 5.0.X FOSS

What would be the best way to migrate users and all email?

I have ~200 users, manually creating them all would be a a major undertaking. Also once users are there, what is the best way to move data to the corresponding user?
