Exchange 5.5 and split domains

How do I setup exchange 5.5 to forward non existent emails to my new Zimbra server?

Current config. Zimbra as primary MTA, Exchange 5.5 as secondary.

In the Exchange Admin program, go to the site and then to Connections.

Double click on the Internet Mail Service

Choose the Connections tab

Under Message Delivery, choose Forward all messages to host and put in the IP address of your zimbra server.
