Default [SOLVED] 10Mb attachment limit on migrating between IMAP accounts

Hi Guys,

I've read through the forums in regards to this 10mb attachment limit and can't seem to find the configuration for this.

I currently have set to 50Mb the following
zimbraFileUploadMaxSize
zimbraMtaMaxMessageSize

and the user is just simply migrating mail from one IMAP account to their Zimbra IMAP account in Thunderbird.

So I don't have a registry entry with a max attachment size of 10Mb.

Looking through the config

zmprov gacf |grep 10240
zimbraNotebookPageCacheSize: 10240
zimbraRedoLogRolloverFileSizeKB: 102400

seem to be all that are set to 10Mb

I'm currently using Version 5.0.2_GA_1975.RHEL5.NETWORK Jan 30, 2008

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks in advance,

Shan

i'm trying to upload all mail from old pop accounts to zimbra by subscribing to an imap accoun ton zimbra and doing import of folders. Upload works fine. Did st upload limitation to 100Mb in Zimbra. But around 40 MB somewhere the upload stops for the larger emails .

Any ideas where to look to sove this problem ??
Seems related to the previous one.

Show us the output from zmprov with the exact settings for these attributes.

I've increased these to 100Mb to see if this will resolve it as per other posts

[zimbra@hostname log]$ zmprov gcf zimbraMtaMaxMessageSize
zimbraMtaMaxMessageSize: 100000000
[zimbra@hostname log]$ zmprov gcf zimbraFileUploadMaxSize
zimbraFileUploadMaxSize: 100000000

unfortunately we're still having issues with a message larger than 10mb transferred from an IMAP account to a Zimbra IMAP account.

however, I am able to send an email containing an attachment >10mb without any problems.

I also don't see anything in maillog or zimbra.log when a message is moved...

The common error the users see in their client is
mail server responded [TOOBIG] request too long

Thanks for your time

Disregard my problems, I had restarted postfix and not any zimbra services.

Once performing a zmcontrol stop and start these problems are resolved.
