Migration from Exchange server 2003 to Zimbra

Hi everyone!
I migrate mailbox from exchange server 2003 to zimbra server, but have error. This is log file of error. Please tell me how to do. Thanks!

I have tried everything i can find in the forum, wiki, and even microsoft KB. Here are the contents of my xml file after having the same issue:

I'm having the same problem. When I try to import mail from Exchange 2003 to Zimbra I got:

I can't fix this problem, it still exist. I can't find any exact solution in forum...

I think that the problem is the MAPI Account. From the Migration Wizard I have created another account, and i've got another problem:

but I can transfer .pst files with same MAPI account.
