Zimbra doesn´t keep an email copy in a external server

Hi folks,

I configured Zimbra to receive emails from an external server (another account) but keeping a copy there. But all emails from that server were downloaded into Zimbra and now, my another account is empty. Any idea about this ?

There is an option under the account settings that says

[ ] Delete messages on the server after downloading them

do you have that checked?

No. I checked the option to keep a copy of the messages at the external server.
