Default Migrating from IceWarp Merak Mail Server to Zimbra

I wanted to migrate, both mailboxes and accounts from merak mail server to zimbra.
Merak is installed on a Windows 2000 server machine.
Zimbra is installed on a Debian machine.
How Can I migrate?
Help please!!

Yes , i read that link..

What method can i use for merak to zimbra. I am very new for mail server technologies..

there are 4 method mentioned in the link Mail Migration - Zimbra :: Wiki

1. using imapsync (Recommended Method)

2. Kerio

3. Dovecot

4. using YippieMove (Commercial Method)


The details of my server is :

Merak server in Windows.

Zimbra in redhat linux.

Guide me...

If your server is capable of IMAP then use IMAPSYNC, follow the documentation in the wiki article and search the forums for details of what's necessary.
