Outlook to Zimbra

Hi,

Is there anyway to move/migrate the Outlook folders/sent items rules etc into the zimbra web interface? We have just recently moved to zimbra and would like a standard interface and the web interface would be nice if we can get everyone off of Outlook/Thunderbird etc.

Welcome to the forums,
Have you tried the Zimbra PST Import Wizard for email messages, attachments, contacts, calendars, tasks, and personal distribution lists? (Don't think rules & notes are currently migrated with that tool however.)

Visit your admin console downloads section (looks like a magic wand) or point your browser to: http:// server.domain.com/downloads/index.html

(Don't forget about the MaxAttachSizeMB which is defaulted to 10MB or the ErrorThreshold if you would like to continue on past 3 errors - HKCU\Software\Zimbra)
