Default Migration from Mutt: set force_name

In our environment, some folks are looking to migrate from mutt. One 'feature' of mutt allowed for outgoing mails to be saved in folders matching the login name of the first email address in the "To:" portion. If the folder did not exist, it created it.

I apologize if this has already been asked and/or addressed, but I did a fairly thorough search...

Is there any way to a similar thing in zimbra, short of creating 10s of outgoing mail filters?

No, there is no such feature. You can file an enhancement request in bugzilla, if you'd like.

Break the sort habit and embrace search. With Zimbra it's just as fast to search for "is:sent (tousername) OR ccusername))". It's more accurate than sorting because it handles multiple To and Cc.

For frequent correspondents, create a saved search folder.

For a good manifesto on this and other points, google (of course I mean Yahoo!) for "Zimbra fixing email pdf."

At this point, I have no alternative but to do so -- and am doing so
