    Any help??!! im having issue migrating few accounts from ms exchange to zimbra, but the rest of the account almost same size same number of items but no problem only to those particular user im having issue. Thanks.

    the wizard doesn't works well on the server, use it on a workstation attached to the server domain using the administrator account.

    Hopefully this will resolve your problem.

    Thanks for the reply..

    Yup thats what im doing right now but im still getting same error, is there any issue when i run the wizard simultaneously on the two machine and run it at same time?

    As such no, i don't think it will conflict in any way, its an .exe only.

    I remember when we were migrating our production server to ZCS, we also faced issues with some accounts and PST's, which we later worked out through Zimbra Admin UI-Migration wizard.

    or we did manually by migrating the PST to the fresh accounts created on ZCS.

    If you could brief me with errors i might be able to help you better.

    This shows that the errors are showing up because of threshold value,

    Please change the threshold registry value of wizrd to "0" and then check.

    I tried to check my registry on HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Zimbra\ but i dont see any ErrorThreshold.. can i just add an REG_DWORD entry?

    See it should have the ErrorThreshold there as this is the first thing which getts register when you run the wizard.

    location should be this with folowing values:-

    [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Zimbra]
    "ErrorTreshold"=dword:00000000
    "MaxAttachSizeMB"=dword:00000000

    You have mentioned HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Zimbra\

    So just recheck and and then down load the wizrd again and re run it.

    And then let me know.
