Moving ZCS from Opensuse 10.2 to Ubuntu 6.06

We are trying to move our server from ZCS 5.0.1 Opensuse 10.2 to ZCS 5.0.1 Ubuntu 6.06
After Fllowing the Administrator's PowerTip #4 Moving ZCS to Another Server

We get the following error in the last step (upgrading the server):

Have you tried

apt-get update
apt-get install glibc

Just out of curiosity why would you want to move to Ubuntu from SuSE?

I'm running two ZCS servers on 10.2 and both work flawlessly.
