Outlook appointments via Email?

Don't know if this is the correct area but thought I would ask.

Can Zimbra accept Outlook appointment emails on its own? E.g. If I use Zimbra and someone that uses Outlook sends me an appointment. Will Zimbra accept it and add it to my calendar?

Does it matter which version of Zimbra? Also, this would be a stand alone Zimbra solution...no conduit to Outlook type of thing.

of course there could be bug fixes in newer versions of zimbra but the system is ical compliant.
