Migration from Exchange 5.5 / Active Directory to Zimbra Open Source Edition 5

Actually I have an Exchange (5.5) mail system integrated with Active Directory, then I'm planning to migrate to Zimbra Open Source Edition 5.

Using the Migration Wizard tool will migrate all accounts with passwords?

Or if not.. there is possible to get an account list from Active Directory with passwords to use a migration process batch with zmprov and imapsync.

My goal is migrate from Exchange 5.5 / AD to Zimbra (Standalone Server).

Yes, it will create the accounts on the Zimbra server if they don't exist. Check the documentation here .

In the documentation say..

"Planning the Migration from Exchange to Zimbra
Before you attempt to migrate from the Exchange server, create a communication plan to notify users about the new Zimbra email program and to provide users with the new mail access information (Zimbra URL, login name, and password to use)."

This mean that the password will diferent that Exchange server??
