Default Importing .csv address book from Thunderbird into Zimbra

I have tried to import my .csv address book into Zimbra and am only getting the names of my contacts to show. There is no email address or other contact info. Is there another way to do this? I am exporting the address book from Thunderbird into a csv file and trying to import it into Zimbra.

Thanks.

Default Funny thing .csv imports

I experienced the exact same/opposite behavior. I exported my address book from kontact into .csv then imported into Zimbra. There were no names displayed only phone numbers, most of the other contact information did not come over.

The SyncKolab plugin for Thunderbird works to some extent. I only use it for syncing the IMAP folders... 'Contacts' and 'Emailed Contects' to my 'Personal Address Book' and 'Collected Addresses'.

I don't use SyncKolab for Calendar or Task syncing, I leave those options disabled. I use Sunbird 0.7 for Calendaring.

Hope this is helpful.

EDIT - Forget the URL, doh!

The import of a .csv file into Zimbra is fairly easy but it needs to be in a particular format as detailed on this wiki page. There's also a link on that page to a script that will do the conversion of the csv file.
