No mail imported by Groupwise Migration Wizard?

Hi folks.

I'm test driving a new Zimbra 5 beta install, with an eye towards moving 150 users away from Groupwise 6.5.3.

Unfortunately, the migration tool (ZCSGroupwiseMigrationWizard-5.0.0_BETA3_1224.exe) fails to transfer any mail, although it does copy the folder structure of the source mailbox correctly.

I get lots and lots of (for example):

For what it's worth, the migration tool is being run by a user with tree admin privileges on a workstation running Netware client version 4.91.1.20050819 against a Netware 6.5 server running Groupwise 6.5.3.

Anybody have any thoughts as to what a next step might be? Thanks!
