Groupwise migration tool fails with CONNECT_ERROR

We are currently testing Zimbra as our new company collaboration application and we want to migrate some Groupwise 6.5.4 users to Zimbra. Our attempt with the ZCSGroupwiseMigrationWizard-4.5.6_GA_1023.exe tool failed at step 5 of the migration guide (after entering the groupwise data) with the following message box: "Trusted Application Creation Failed: CONNECT_ERROR". The gwtapp.dll is placed correctly and the authentication with Groupwise LDAP server seems to be correct. Is there any known bug which prevents the current version of the migrator to work? Any hint is welcome! Thanks in advance.

There is a pre-4.5.7 Migration Wizard on the support portal, can you login and download that version then try that wizard again.
