Outlook Connector - no notifications?

We set up Outlook with the Outlook Connector, and now it appears there are no notifications when new mail arrives. Normally Outlook makes a sound and pops up a notification near the taskbar, and some of my users are complaining that it's not working with Zimbra. The notification settings are the same as when we were running on Exchange. Has anyone else seen this problem?

There was a bug in 4.5.6 -- bug 18070. This is fixed in 4.5.7

It seems your an NE customer/In a previous thread you wrote: "I installed Zimbra Network Edition 4.5.6 on Ubuntu 6.10 this weekend..."

Be advised there is no support (except the forums) for this:
-Go to Zimbra Support Portal - Home & login
-Under "Support Menu" on the left hand side
-"Pre-release downloads"
-"Connector for Outlook (ZCO)"
Right now that's ZimbraOlkConnector-4.5.7_GA_1140_4.5.324

no sweat-just be sure to upgrade the connector (if there's any version change) to the final release to assure support
