This a dedicated server/do you fully manage the boxes at that point?
If you can match os'es all settings down to hostname your just going to copy the /opt/zimbra (and any linked) directories

(IP will obviously change in dns/hostfile-but your server name should stay the same till your comfortable running the change name script-after a good backup, because people have mixed results)
