The wizard generates a log file with detailed information about failures. At the end of the import where the summary is displayed you can push a button to have the log file opened. Its stored in the %TEMP% directory.

hm-sam, it appears that he already posted the log twice (using the gui or .xml batch mode)

Correct me if I'm wrong! - As I see it, the problem is:
-Some messages after 2002 import and some don't-seemingly at random (no obvious attachments)
-Both logs report 25 warnings; how is not importing/having to skip a message just a warning and not an error? (+ finds that there's more than 50 missed messages)

It appears as the wizard is running into data it doesn't know how to handle. The logs reference several core files that we'll need to address the issue. If you open a case with support and submit all of the core files, we can patch and have it fixed in the next update. These messages will definately not be imported and may be the missing messages.

I'm checking with the developers to see why the cause of the warnings isn't be reported in the logs.
