Exchange Migration Crashing

Network Edition customer. Using ZCSExchangeMigrationWizard-4.5.6_GA_1023 Version 4.5. Migration of large mailbox fails partially through folder import. From log:

Deleting the mailbox and retrying fails at same point.

Separately, am having trouble migrating calendar from SBS 2003. As far as I can tell How to Allow Mailbox Access only helps me if I have Exchange 2007. Anyone have exp w/ this that would be helpful?
