Can I import PST's from outlook?

I'm looking to go from a current pop3 email to all web based using the Zimbra client, but want to import the users emails *.pst back into Zimbra

Is there a way to do this?

Or the more complex:
-make a 2nd account/connect via imap to your zimbra server
-copy mail folders,
-.csv for the contacts,
-import a .ics cal using curl
-etc, etc
