Default Errors importing messages during migration

We are migrating users to Zimbra using both the Outlook Migration Tool as well as an IMAP sync utility called mailutil. We also run into the same error if we try to use a mail client to copy IMAP folders between the old and new accounts.

It seems that there are certain attachments that cannot be handled by the import process and it bombs out the process. Below is a sample error from our mailbox.log file.

We have tested this on our test system as well and have the same error. We've even tried attaching these messages to another email using another client, and they won't even get delivered to an account in Zimbra.

Anyone else run into an issue like this? I opened a support ticket last week but have yet to hear back from Zimbra on this issue. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this.

I have a sample message in mbox format that I could PM someone if they wanted to test importing it into their system.

Thanks,
Matt
