iSync Connector forgetting password

Can anyone think of a reason the iSync connector on one of my user's computers is forgetting the password? He's running the latest version, and he's the only user with this problem that I know of. It just... forgets the password - it's blank.

The iSync Connector stores the password information in Keychain. Is it possible that the user's keychain is corrupted?
