Sorry, I've just reread your post and see you are using a hosted service (I assumed you had your own server like the previous poster). I'm afraid you will have to use the version they provide - you should contact their support and tell them what your problem is.

Same problem. I downloaded the 5.0.5 Version via Support Portal.
But If i double click the dmg file, there will be create the pkg file.
But this file is only in version 5.0.2, how you can see..

Please look at your picture again, you showing using 5.0.2201 (not a extra .2 as in 5.0.2.2210) there's no micro release number put on that.



For comparison here's how ZCO is labled:

So I have the newest version of isync connector.

But the problem is unfixt... cpu of the zimbrahelper process is over 90% until the process stops.

I'm not aware of any recently opened/closed bugs about iSync high cpu usage, could you attach some logs snips from around the time when its doing this so we can form this into a bugzilla report if needed?

how can i get the logs? ZimbraHelper is really annoying!
It's important to me to fix that bug as soon as possible.

90% cpu usage over 5 min/hour is admissible but over a long time and with no result to add insult to injury zimbrahelper crash after 2 min.

Now, i have uninstall the 5.0.5-connector and install the old 4.5.10-connector...

... this iSync connector not use 90% of cpu
... contact synchronisation works great
... sadly calendar synchronisation hangs with zimbra 5 server

I had exactly the same problem but cured it by disabling the calendar syncing completely and setting up a caldav calendar in iCal.

No need to sync it as it talks directly to the server.
