Emails dumped in Admin mailbox

Why is it that all emails with undisclosed recipients or from newsgroups like googlegroups.com are dumped in the admin mailbox and not to the correct recipient? It looks like the recipients are not recognised, are there any setting to make these emails go to the valid recipients in the accounts list?

Where do I get Admin alerts? I can not find it on the Admin Console.

When I look at the original of the emails that has been sent to the admin mailbox, the recipient's name is at Envelope To, maybe this will give a clue.
